In the given figure, $\mathrm{PQRS}$ is a parallelogram with $\mathrm{PS}=7 \mathrm{~cm}, \mathrm{PT}=4 \mathrm{~cm}$ and $P V=5 \mathrm{~cm}$. What is the length of $\text{RS}$ in $\mathrm{cm}$? (The diagram is representative.)

Area of parallelogram,

PS×PT =7×4=28cm^2

Again area of parallelogram,

PQ ×PV =PQ×5cm

PQ×5cm = 28 cm^2

PQ=28/5 =RS
